Big Little House with Function

An Eastpointe bungalow with old world character lacked open space living, but thanks to a renovation, now exudes both charm and functionality.

In March of 2012, Diane Rottiers came to us (Kopke Remodeling & Design) with a project. She needed to completely remodel her 1,550 square foot 1939 Eastpointe bungalow.

The kitchen located in the back of the home gave a great vision for function. Two walls were removed eliminating the dining room and a back bedroom, and creating an apartment sized eat-in kitchen with lounge space and a TV. Kayla Kopke
