Baywood Court Whole House Remodel

It is hard to leave a spacious condo overlooking Morse Reservoir, so these homeowners decided to make their home fit their needs. We reconfigured the first floor footprint, replacing a spiral staircase with a more usable set of stairs, moving and expanding the kitchen, replacing the floors and remodeling the powder and master baths. Beefing up the ceiling full of skylights added room for insulation and architectural details. New sliding glass doors helped show off the view now enjoyed by the kitchen as well as the living room.
