Designed as a classic interpretation of a traditional English country cottage, this home for a young family embodies a modern day interior layout for casual, comfortable everyday living. Taking stock of the owners' exquisite collection of architectural antiques and furnishings, a plan evolved to make prominent use of these historic treasures. Exterior features include reclaimed platteville limestone walls, recessed plaster windows, and a timber entry arch.
