Bodega Bay

This new-build of a modern home is perched on a gently sloping lot overlooking Bodega Bay and the Pacific Ocean beyond. It had to make a statement while not distracting from the gorgeous views. Called in at the end of the framing phase, we carefully edited layout flaws and re-oriented spaces to best take advantage of the views. A limited material palette of concrete, glass and rich natural Walnut were combined with strategically placed sculptural elements throughout the home. This heightened the dialogue between the interiors and the views beyond.
