Captain's Residence - Jamestown, RI

This multi-phase custom residential project included a renovation and addition to a historic house as well as the design and construction of a new carriage house and office. Through creative space planning and efficient design, the addition succeeds in incorporating a new entrance porch, kitchen, master suite, entrance foyer and mudroom within 1,200 sf.
