This 2,400 sf prototype house for a traditional neighborhood community in New York’s Hudson Valley has received multiple design awards, including Builder Magazine’s “Production House of the Year,” a Merit Award from Residential Architect, a Platinum Award in the 1,800-2,400 sf category from Professional Builder Magazine, and “House of the Year” from the NAHB’s Senior Housing Council.
