Cape Expansion

"What can be done with a concrete block house?" was the first question we were asked at the job site. The owners wanted to expand and renovate an existing concrete block home they had just bought. A major requirement was the incorporation of light and openness to the home.
The design includes a double height living room/kitchen space which affords much appreciated views of the beautifully landscaped property.
