This pool house features a large pool with spa, vaulted cedar ceilings, and a Nana Wall system to open the space up to the outdoors. There is also a large gliding door that opens to the media room/game area. The spa has an Infinity waterfall that overflows in to the pool. The pool bathroom was designed with multiple shower stations, plenty of towel storage, benches and a Pacific Northwest style that flows from the pool house. Natural wood tones were used along with the same flooring as the pool house, a Versailles pattern tumbled Quartzite tile. The sink is a custom carved natural stone vessel paired with a wall mount faucet.

This home has two laundry rooms, this is the upper floor laundry. The homeowner wanted to use yellow and cream tones to achieve a bright and whimsicle feel. Quartz was used for the countertops and handmade glazed ceramic tiles were used for the backsplash in a checkerboard pattern. The cabinets are an antiqued yellow paint with traditional details.
