The Port Susan Terrace residence is located on a level waterfront lot on the east side of Camano Island Washington.
This 1,700 sf home was designed as a weekend beach house and was featured in the September/October edition of the 2001 issue of Better Homes and Gardens, Best of Home Plan Ideas Magazine. It was also featured in the June 1999 edition of Seattle Homes and Lifestyle magazine and won an Honorable Mention for bath of the year.
In 2005 the home was featured in the book
"Retreats to Retirement" by Ashley Rooney.
