A brand new home/gentlemen's farm on 20 rolling aces of original pastures. The property was not only large in acreage, but due to the steep slopes, the entire landscape need to be terraced with a series of large stone retaining walls and a tremendous amount of site work and earth moving. The property supported a large residence, bank barn, pool house, pool, and terrace gardens.
