Tuscan appeal

Originally a 30 acre pasture, the clients vision was to create and built a unique home. The main theme was a Tuscan style estate that stood at the highest point of the property. Three primary exterior rooms supported this home, the front cobblestone motor court, the pool environment and the rear grass terrace and reflecting pool. There is also a new barn and a 200' newly built stone bridge.

Originally the intent of the pool was to have a vanishing edge, but the owner decided to take that out of the program. The stonewall remained to retain the grade of the new pool environment, but the biggest advantage was meeting pool/fencing code (were 4' vertical was a requirement) and not obstructing views with a fence.
