Georgian Manor
by Liquidscapes
This project has a long history, but the home went through a major renovation, which was originally going to be tore down. Major site work, retaining walls, pool house, pool, pool deck, fencing, gardens, driveway, walks, piers, etc. The best part about this project was convincing the client to look at the site differently, which salvaged the home, 100 year old trees and much of the surrounding vegetation, along with saving the clients substantial construction costs.

Cut and polished black granite stone, which was core drilled and carved out to create a basin and passive water feature. The owner can hear and view it from his home office, along with a semi contained and private garden. Hosta, a Laceleaf Japanese maple, bamboo and remaining plantings add constant color and texture changes.

View from above of this major home and landscape renovation, with new pool, pool deck, bluestone terrace and walks, fencing garden, etc. One of the keys was saving the 100 year old Oaks on this property.

New drive entry to this newly renovated landscape and home. The property originally had a drive entry on another street that came across the front of the home, which the clients did not desire. Brick retaining walls were needed to create this driveway access.

Just a close up of some of the vegetation we planted on the property, which is varieties of Astible, Hydrangea and Laurels in this case.

New pool and poolscape with a brick pool deck. In the shallow end of the pool, we created an area that an umbrella can be positioned inside the pool for our clients and kids to provide shade (if desired).
