Larchmont

A 1910 farm house, that had lost its original details and character to multiple "renovations". The entire house was gutted and the interior space reconfigured to connect the original part of the house with an addition done in the 80's. Flow was improved, and storage space was added to accommodate a family of 6.

Renovate and rebuild entire houses with new amenities and wrap around porch - -New shingles replaced vinyl siding and the porch was brought back to its previous grandeur. Even though we only increased the length of the front porch to wrap around, the house maintained is original foot print. Photo Ken Skalski
