Grove St. Staging

This was an occupied staging of a corner penthouse with views of Manhattan. It was a great space, the young couple owned nice pieces of furniture, however the place lacked the "wow" factor. So we edited and repositioned as well as de-cluttered and brought in new accessories, art and textiles. The end result was spectacular. The place sold right away with multiple offers.

This hallway is to narrow to house a piece of furniture and since it is an entry it was simply a wasted space. We solved the dilemma by hanging inexpensive IKEA shelf with a large mirror above and a few hooks underneath for umbrellas and bags. We have this wasted space purpose, function and good looks.
