Redington Shores Condo Interior Remodel

This is a Gulf-front unit in Redington Shores that was a model unit when the building was constructed in the 1960's. The unit had never been updated and was like a trip back in time when we first arrived.

The client wanted to remove the pass-through wall that blocked out the Million Dollar view when you enter the unit. He also wanted to get rid of the dropped ceiling in the kitchen which posed a challenge on getting the adequate electrical supply to the new appliance side of the kitchen. We also replaced all of the carpet and vinyl flooring with new 18x18 porcelain tile, new wood cabinets, granite countertops and new appliances.

The final product made the unit more open and have a better flow. Of course, the view of the sunsets is spectacular.
