San Francisco Deck Home

by Glenn Robert Lym Architect
An extensive remodeling to the interior and rear exterior of a 1940's contractor/owner home in the Diamond Heights neighborhood. As this is a downhill home, the family wanted access from their top level living spaces out to a large play deck and from there down to the rear yard. An observation deck is up the spiral stairs for great view to the Bay beyond.
