To meet the needs of a growing family, FSA replaced a low-pitched gable roof with a third floor gambrel addition. This dramatically increased the attic headroom and provided space for master suite with a bedroom sitting room, master bath, laundry, walk-in closet, and a viewing deck off the sleeping area overlooking spectacular waterfront views.
