First impressions take your breath away when entering this luxury Southern California home. 20' coffered ceilings and inlayed Supili and leather finished marble floors set the stage as rich walnut wainscot lines the staircase and hand forged wrought iron railing lead you up the stairs to a catwalk library overlooking the Living room. Overlooking the railing one can view the handsome wood paneled Living room. The addition of the catwalk surround supporting a walk around library was just what this client needed to bring intimacy to this 20' X 20' room with uncomfortably high ceilings. Double doors lead to the well stocked library complete with rolling ladder and original oil paintings. The home office is designed for the busy mom of today with customized wrapping paper center, creative memories storage and a place to slide out the keyboard when needed. This homes two guest rooms with private baths are not only beautiful at first impression, but every detail and amenity was addressed to insure a guests comfort and luxury hotel like stay. Custom crafted armoires store necessary luggage and personal belongings leaving the guest wanting for nothing. A view from the entry door leads to the intimate Dining room with a view of the exterior Koi pond.
