The clients for this custom home in Hillhurst were looking for a plan that flowed and had unique spaces for each member of the family. The basement was not fully developed due to the client’s request for a model train room, so we worked with them to ensure that the upper two floors had everything they were after.

The main level features a His & Hers office, media room for family movie nights, dining room with adjoining butler’s panty, and an open concept kitchen, nook, and great room.

The upper level has a large laundry room connected to the ensuite with access to the hall and close to the additional bedrooms and bathrooms. The custom built-on-site millwork throughout the home ensures that this home will stand the test of time.

This home was built & designed by Veranda Estate homes in the NW community of Hillhurst in Calgary, Alberta and completed in 2011.
