In Mary Cook Associates' first project with national homebuilder M/I Homes' Cincinnati division, the challenge was to create a model that would appeal to the young, active families settling at Estates at Shayler Ridge. Focusing on comfort and versatility, the firm included unique options to show how the home could be modern and stylish while remaining family-friendly. A kids' study, gorgeous two-story family room perfect for entertaining, and chic wine cellar proved irresistible to 100+ potential buyers who flocked to the model's grand opening, resulting in several sales over the next week.
