Mineola Cottage

Gracious room sizes and numerous interior architectural features were all secondary client wishes. Developing a distinct exterior style unique to the Mineola neighbourhood was the first and foremost. The objective was to give the home a casual cottage-like feel while maintaining a sense of elegance. The result is this one and a half storey multi-gabled home that seems to wrap its interior spaces in a cozy reassuring manner. The use of various pre-finished wood cladding provides a comfortable feel while ensuring low maintenance.
