Parkway Locker Room

We expanded the existing garage and recaptured the old space to add a new "locker room", laundry, and guest bath. We enhanced the exterior of the house with new siding, an entrance detail, custom garage door and stone work.

A cubby for each kid and hanging closet for mom and dad.

With 5 young sports players in the family, these homeowners were in need of their very own "locker room", with close proximity to the laundry for tossing sweaty uniforms and a powder room addition for changing.

A new powder room adjacent to the locker room, but in keeping with the feel of the existing house.
