The pool house has a combination kitchen and living area and a separate bedroom and is connected to the main house estate through a large breeze way pergola. Notice the Napa Vally style architecture with bat-on-board siding, standing seam metal room, and stone wainscoting. Both the outdoor fireplace and brick columns were built by a master stonemason.
