Gracie Towhomes
by Logan's Hammer Building & Renovation
Collaborating again with Charlie Vos, of Sortun-Vos Architects, Logan’s Hammer crafted these 3-story, 1500 square foot contemporary townhomes in the heart of Ballard. Each unit was creatively designed to include a sprawling master suite along with rooftop deck with a 360 degree view of the city.
