Little girl's room, designed by Janice Peters, Distinctive Decor. I chose soothing green and yellow for my baby's nursery which allowed me to have choices for our future tween. In the short term, the Dunn Edwards "Sheepskin" and "Trailing Vine" paint colors are sure to work whether you are expecting a girl or a boy. "Sheepskin" is light enough to put on the ceiling too.

I help her by hanging her clothes on decorative hangers across her wall. The clothes are part of her wall decor and also allow Audrey some independence when choosing her outfits.

This bedroom was designed to sleep four grand children. When the trundle beds need to come out the nightstand can be rolled out of the way. Casters were added to the nightstand making it a breeze to move. The nautical trim detail was added to the swing arm lamp shades for a touch of whimsy. The colors on the bedding were kept gender neutral for her boys and girls.
