Our clients wanted to build a custom 5,700 sq. ft., two-story traditional Craftsman style home in an high fire danger area. To make room for aging grandparents, two separate living areas were designed, along with wheelchair accessibility. We used non combustible building products for the exterior, including Felt House Wrap for additional protection.
