A dramatic two-story circular stair is the centerpiece of this new contemporary home in Los Altos, CA. Designed to be beautiful, unique, and functional, with ample views to bring the beauty of nature within, this house achieved a sustainability rating of 113 GreenPoints - well above the minimum of 75. Each bathroom is uniquely detailed; the master bath overlooks the garden from an elevated plinth. The home's exterior was designed to harmonize with the surrounding homes, using a natural palette. Energy-efficient features of the home include high quality windows and systems, and EnergyStar appliances.
