Flagship acquired this home and renovated it including removing the second story. The kitchen, living room and dining room were all remodeled and a new sun room was added on the main floor. Upstairs a new master bedroom was created with views across Glorietta Bay and a marble master bathroom. An additional bedroom and bath were added which had a separate entrance. However, one of the best features of the house was the addition of the upstairs lounge and porch with gorgeous views of the bay.
