Moroccan inspiration

Downsizing from a large home, these Minneapolis clients turned the space above their hardware store into a cozy retreat, complete with a kitchen with a Moroccan flair.

The large sink takes you back to days gone by, and was an internet find by the client! Arched entryways are duplicated in the cabinetry brackets, and intricate fretwork and rope moulding add detailed touches. Custom leaded glass doors give the viewer a peek at colorful pottery and dishes beyond. The warm green cabinetry, pine hutch and colorful backsplash tiles all add to the warm ethnic feel.
