His and Her Home Office

The arch valance here was added after the original design but creates a focal point when you first walk in the room.

We removed a small closet in this office which made the room feel larger and gave an area for more organized storage that was part of furniture. It also allowed for more desk space while still providing just as much storage space.

This office was created for two people. It was not a large room but with the proper layout is gave each person their own space yet allowing them a room to gather at the same time. Each area was decorated with the users memorabilia making is a comforatable space to retreat to.

Notice the nice large pulls used here on the hidden storage units, they added to the rustic, distressed feeling of the room and allowed for easy access. The rust color of the pulls blended well with the clay color of the room.

While this was a small room it provided great storage space. By removing the existing closet that had wire shelving, we opened the room up, giving more space for furniture storage. The soft colors work for both his office and her's also. The dark blinds, flooring and fan played nicely with the dark glaze and rub thru on the cabinets.

Rather you are working, reclining or just checkign out the web, you should be somewhere comforatble. This are is surrounded with all the homeowners personal memorabilia and that alone gives comfort. Add the relaxed rustic, rubbed through cabinetry and you might never want to leave this room.

This is the his are of a small den. There is so much storage space in this den or office, some closed, some open, just a nice balance amount of space, for storage, relaxing, TV watching, web surfing, bill paying and just gathering.

Here this the "her" side of the den. While both sides match in color and product, you can see it presented a little softer with the memorabilia stored in the open areas and above the crown molding. Such a wonderful space to call her own yet the same place to gather together and spend quality time.
