5th Street - Park Slope
One of TBHCo's first projects, this 4 story townhouse in center Park Slope was renovated and the owner's duplex was completely gutted.

The interior/exterior plan, decoration, built-ins and custom work were designed and/or built by TBHCo's design team. Extra large double hung windows flood the home with natural light. The sculpture above the fireplace was made by TBHCo designer/sculptor Fitzhugh Karol. Photo credit: Emily Gilbert Photography
A nine foot extension was added to the garden and parlor floors. The library ladder leads to an extra lofted guest room. The original beams were discovered behind the drop ceiling during demolition. Photo credit: Emily Gilbert Photography
Dining Area shelving
Large built-in shelves were built to house the owner's various collections.
The kitchen, which is entirely within the new extension, features a Sapele island countertop and a vintage American Standard farm sink. The reclaimed shelving was from a mill in upstate NY. Olive on the counter is one of our mascots. Photo credit: Emily Gilbert Photography
