Geo-Kitchen

Our clients wanted a sleek, contemporary, clean lined kitchen that would leave a lasting impression. We drew from the existing architecture and style of the windows – the strong horizontal lines.

The custom natural anigrie veneer cabinets with black high gloss lacquer channel emphasized the horizontal pattern in the design.
The design is further strengthened by the square edged, honed Cambian Black granite and black 3x3 tile backsplash.

The wall to wall windows created a design challenge for the upper cabinets. We extended the black lacquer upper cabinet detail into a shelf over the hood and then again to the window wall, meeting at the window mullion. Staggered self-supporting shelves added balance to the open area nearest to the window.
A large stainless steel contemporary apron sink intersects the granite and is further accentuated by the large commercial-like faucet.

A kitchen doesn’t have to be large to have punch. It’s all in the detail!
