This 60 acre property was completely enclosed by white decorative split-rail fencing, along with a gated entry to inform the owners of their guests. The upper portion of this estate had horse pastures along the left side of the drive and we added groves of white dogwoods and masses of yellow and white daffodils naturalized along the driveway. Who says you need a lawn in your front yard? With this wonderful front porch, we wanted to hide the unsightly views of the road and create a garden, as if you were in your back yard! The back yard had limited space, because we installed a pool and they had views of the bay, which we didn't want to obstruct. This way, they had the best of both worlds. Howard Roberts
