Newport Coast

Located in the exclusive community of Crystal Cove in Newport Coast, this Santa Barbara inspired vacation home has a 180 degree scenic view of the coast line. Mark Scott Associates was asked to develop a design in which the “charge” was to create formal and casual entertaining areas. The lowered pool terrace was design to emulate a tropical lagoon, the pool is accentuated with a natural boulder waterfall. The upper formal terrace is delineated by a clipped hedge that contain a covered pavilion, fireplace, complete outdoor kitchen and bar.
