This vintage White Ash wine cellar is located in a spectacular penthouse in downtown Vancouver, BC. The majority of the materials used in this cellar were reclaimed from 85-year old church pews. The outstanding quality of the wood was unlike anything that can be purchased today.

The cellar holds over 1,200 bottles, with lots of space for case storage and display. The counter top to the right is made from reclaimed wine barrels. This mobile, free-standing wine display was designed to hold 12 magnums and 2 double-magnums. The top surface is tempered plate glass which provides a surface to rest items on and still look upon the double-magnums below. Casters are hidden by the skirting board, enabling the client to move the piece where needed.

We custom built this wall mount so that our clients could display their intricate wine bottle opener. The mount is made from a hardwood stained to match the rest of the cellar.
