After studying multiple building sites on this 10,000 acre working ranch, we selected a location for the house that captured the breathtaking views and provided shelter from the prevailing winds. Composed of a main residence with connected "barn" and separate guest cabin, the interior projects an elegant rusticity. Migrating elk and deer pass below the terrace, from which uninterrupted rolling meadows, aspen and pine forests and distant mountain peaks can be seen.

This is "the barn annex" for a family compound located on a 10,000 square acre working ranch. Its upper floor, over the garage spaces, serves as a family room and entertainment area with access to a stone terrace with fire pit and in-ground spa.
