Medicine cabinet and light above are original to the home. This bathroom was once the main bathroom and is now reconfigured as the master en-suite.

Details of bathroom faucet compliments the room and the style of tub.

Custom drapery and bedding create a summer feeling year round to the cottage inspired room. Additional clothing storage has been provided at a reasonable cost from a large box store.

The attached en-suite reflects the color palette of the master bedroom.

Millwork and fireplace details add to the richness and detail of the era of this home.

French doors to the adjoining living room mirror the pattern in the dining room and living room windows which are original to the home.

The dining room features a hand blown Murano glass chandelier purchased in Italy.

The basement laundry area features a brushed stainless steel counter-top with a built in ironing board. The room lighting is recessed halogen pot lights on a motion sensor mounted in the ceiling. Four large drawers are labeled and sort soiled laundry into whites, dark's, colors and delicates.

Antique gas fireplace and bookcase details add character to this cozy office/sun-room. The oversize leather chair invites you to enjoy a good book.

Subway tile is a reasonable design choice. By adding a scroll tile detail that compliments the farmhouse sink, it ties together all the design elements which create texture and pattern. A small bistro table is useful for a quick breakfast bite or for an evening glass of wine. The black hardware was selected to tie into the black colored counter tops and a variety of different styles of handles, knobs and latches were used to add interest.

Cherry wood was selected to mimic a custom furniture piece and provide a contrast to the Italian glazed cream cabinets.
