Kirkwood Renovation

This home turned 100 years old as we worked on the project of transforming a 1.5 bath home in to a 3.5 bath home. This included a total reconfiguration of about 2/3 of the second floor of the home, and finishing a new space in the third floor above. While filled with challenges, the project was quite rewarding to complete. The best compliment we received for this work was "Wow, it looks like it has always been this way," which is exactly how we prefer when completing a renovation to an older home.
