This modern home in St. Paul, a new build due to a fire, is the first new construction in University Grove in 20 years. A three story soapstone wall provides a stunning backdrop for the open staircase. Combined with an open floor plan, walls of full-height windows and skylights keep this home warm and bright with natural light. This home is featured on the 2012 AIA Homes by Architects Tour.
