Sortun·Vos worked with the owners of this previously remodeled craftsman era home to return original charm and to expand living area in the existing, but unfinished basement.

Improvements include a family media room, updated laundry and mechanical system, and added bathroom and guest room. Features such as built ins, a bookcase-door, and re-finished stair balusters were added to create a warm inviting atmosphere.
