Ayers Basement Conversion

Extra space for guests and an area for a home office/entertainment center were needed by the retired couple living in this Irvington Neighborhood home. Our project converted the full, unfinished basement of the 1923 bungalow into an entertainment space, guest bedroom, and second bathroom. With 985 square feet of existing living space, the 700 square foot basement addition resulted in nearly doubling the total living space in the home.
