Victorian Row House

This 1898 Victorian had been occupied by the same family for over 100 years, with minimal updating. Additions to the rear of the first floor and a raised roof over the rear portion of the second floor allowed us to create a spacious and functional home while maintaining the rich detailing of the original house. A private Japanese hot tub area, a slate-paved bedroom deck, and an operable round window in the master bath are added delights.
