Celebrating the summer in style!
This landscape comes complete with a breathtaking view of the Hudson River.
We answered the clients’ request for an elegant but simple swimming pool that took advantage of the sweeping view. We did this by aligning the new pool with the course of the river.
Deer resistant ornamental grasses and a Robert Sindorf sculpture hold honored spots. The understated refinement of the overall design highlights the materials and details of the plan. The result is an artful serenity that takes its cue from the surrounding environment.
We also extended the usable area next to the house by creating an ‘outdoor lawn room’ of sorts. The space appears as an integral part of the house, seamlessly bringing it out into the garden.
Additional touches include our custom wood supports for a cherished apple tree, a hidden path through a secret garden, outdoor lighting that creates a luminous effect at night and a blue flowering, deer resistant perennial border.
