Is there a slope for the shower drain?
I am thinking about a frameless design with a stainless line drain but worry about the water drain flow.

how did you get this shower to drain without a curb?
question. The shower floor slopes to a slot drain which is placed at the bottom of the stone wall at the rear of the shower. The slab was poured/sloped specifically to accommodate this design. The drain is by Quick Drain USA - found under their 'Proline' series.
tub filler? Also, did you have to slope the floor towards the shower drain to prevent puddling?
Thank you for the feedback! There is no wall between the shower and the tub - its an open room all sloping to a concealed slot drain along the rear stone wall. I cannot take credit for everything - American

How did you set the drain against the wall?
When you say to pack out the wall after the drain is set, do you mean to pack the wall out after you put in the liner. How do you pack out te wall on top of the liner? Can you show me a diagram? Torry Manzo

and the drain itself is something like 2 3/4 wide (using the ACO Quartz Plus as an example). Half the drain width is therefore 1 3/8, which means you want to place the center of the clamping drain 2 5/8 inches off the studs (1 1/8 wall build up, 1/8 grout joint and 1 3/8 of the linear drain). i have looked at the proline site but do not see the shelf - where can I look for the shelf and what is the paint colour on the walls please?
Someone on this site was very concerned about the shelf impeding hood function; I haven't had any issues, but a) I don't grill indoors, and b) my Pro-Line hood/blower can handle it. Good luck!
