where did you get the pull handles for the cabinets?
I believe this is a Kohler with a pull out sprayer at the end of the faucet. In Chrome.

Hello Angie!! These pulls were purchased at IKEA. They offer several lengths in this particular pull. You can see them on the IKEA website under the name BLANKETT. Please do not hesitate to write should you have any further questions.
We custom made the crown molding by cutting down the toe kick material you can purchase at IKEA. You can also use the 1x2 molding IKEA makes to use underneath the upper cabinets to hide under counter
Were the 1x4's used at the top of the wall cabinets? Did you rip them down to 1x2's?
