Love this outdoor fireplace idea for a Seattle home. A connected dinning area would be brilliant with overhead (string?) lighting to connect the two areas?
Love it. Especially inside the green and with long bench in front.
If we could put in a built in fireplace!!
enclosed spaces can be overpowering, and through the use of plants we can soften and even decorate garden walls in the same way we use wallpaper in our homes. Here, evergreen ivy covers the wall and surrounds the outdoor fireplace, but is kept carefully under control. Create an even more decorative use of

So when thinking about where to put your sink, consider your best view.Your sink window also can serve double duty as a backsplash. Place the window just above your countertop or install

participating artist in the San Mateo Eichler Home Tour in May where I furnished all of the paintings for the entire house. I loved these homes growing up in the Bay Area and I love them more then ever now.
The red doors go really well with MCM homes. You can find original Eichler "accent" colors
things being done with them in places like Rotterdam. And being steel they re recycled and recyclable! Do a search for "National Geographic - student homes- Holland - shipping containers". There are even some links there. Good luck
Light Gray with a tint of green
just a hint of green or some other color.
Gray. Gray's wide range of hues makes it a great fit for house exteriors in all styles. This basic neutral can be warmed up or cooled down to work with just about any accent color. Play with bold oranges and greens for a midcentury modern home or stick to basic

Hi Decorator Duck, The color is Benjamin Moore #494, Lewivill Green. Have fun!
:) We painted my office Hearts of Palm and our kids library/sunroom, Ryegrass. Both are fantastic greens by SW. I suppose that is what happens when you obsess over paint colors for 2 years on your house.
The chair was an online purchase from Flash Furniture about 8 years ago. It was discontinued with the apple green arm rests although there are similar models with black ones still available.
Can we put drawers under one side of our desk unit?

love the earthiness of the bamboo. Could definitely do this color w/ white back splash and soft color countertops. dont like the green / yellow backsplash, but could imagine doing this w/ a lighter biscuit color glass backspash. just another way to go if not wanting to overwhite...

separated from the main counter area by a built-out drywall niche. This kitchen is not about the practical refrigerator, it is more about fun! The lime green tile, the blonde wood cabinets, and especially the double wine coolers create a young, modern festive feel. Correction: According to the designer,

Interested in flooring with fun colors - such as lime green, pink, red, blue, etc. this would be installed in a summer home on Lake Huron in Michigan.
Nice window treatments, cool idea putting the desk in the kitchen
bright green rug in fred's office
bright, warm greens. Try a painted floor for a cheerfully unexpected touch in the study or kitchen. Paint thrifted wooden furniture or old wine crates spring green to liven up a white interior, or paint the walls of your breakfast nook the hue of a fresh leek.
Retro. If it’s lime green you love it
