That looks like a custom-built hood. Typically, you would get an "off-the-shelf" hood insert, complete with blower, lights, filters, etc - and then have a local craftsman / contractor build a decorative shell
I like the backsplash on the wall especially under the hood.

You also need to research the clearance to combustible materials above the SPECIFIC range you will be using, as many gas ranges with a high BTU output require 42" or more above the stove top to the combustible hood enclosure.
