Where were the floor lamps beside each chair purchased?

Any idea where I can find this lamp or one like it?
The pictured lamp is the Tolomeo Classic: http://www.stardust.com/tolomeoclassic.html
This would be the mini Tolomeo lamp: http://www.stardust.com/tolomeominibase.html
side tables are too small for lamps making a side table useless
A petite swing arm lamp (like Artemide's Tolomeo, shown here) takes up little space but still provides ample light right where you need it.
