That looks like a custom made decorative mosquito net to
similar ready made ones on a hoop that you hang from a ceiling hook or make something up in floaty muslin or voile type fabric. The butterflies can be bought from places like hobbycraft or ebay, they usually come with fine wire attatched that you can use to fix them onto the fabric.

Most ready-made draperies will never come close to the quality and look of custom draperies!. Pleated draperies are classic and will never be "out"

custom made for this room. We had it made by Eastern Accents in Chicago, IL. The fabric is a knobby chenille in an ivory and celery green.
I had made from the Woodland Furniture Company in Idaho. It is approximately 7' tall and 6' wide. the wood is Alder with a dark walnut stain. The fabric is from Robert Allen/Beacon Hill designs. We mounted it to the wall because of it's size and weight, then the bed frame is a traditional "hollywood"
bedskirt was made super/extra long so we could give that giant cloud like look to the bed. The walls were done in Venetian Plaster. The dark 'spots' that you see are actually Copper Leaf that was applied between layers of the Venetian Plaster so that it gave a true old world look to the room. It took my faux
