rugs: recycle. When you recycle your old rugs, they can be used to make (you guessed it) new rugs. Check with your carpet manufacturer, or go to earth911.org to find a carpet recycling center in your neighborhood.

such a detailed response. Greatly appreciated. Yes my island is 4 metres (I have 3 young boys who love their food & their space!!) so yes I agree that the larger cone will be perfect and I can source similar styles here in Australia. So thrilled I discovered your designs. Kind regards, Meg..
-cone/Detail.bok If your island is a large as I think it is then I would use the same light fixtures. If you want a smaller alternative you could use the Berlin Pendant from Roost... http://www.shopurbancottage.com/shop/lighting/207/Roost+Berlin+Pendant+Lights.htm Lots of luck with your kitchen!
